A Night of BIG BAND Music
with Hark Up's "Hark Up Horns"

Saturday, July 31st 6:00 - 8:00pm
At Gemmen's Plaza next to Gemmen's Hardware Store.

This concert is part of the "Discover Hudsonville Days" festivities and included in the evening will be a chance for you to view dozens and dozens of antique and classic cars!

Here, you'll experience an evening of traditional BIG BAND music (along side vintage autos) from the 30's and 40's including Tommy Dorsey, Glenn Miller, Gene Krupa, as well as some newer swing music. This 16+ piece BIG BAND has played all over West Michigan and is the featured band for "Rosa Parks Circle Swing Nights" hosted by GROSS the first Tuesday Night of each month.

A Down Home Hymn Sing
with Hark Up's "Down Home Horns"

Sunday, August 1st 6:00 - 8:00pm
At Hudsonville's Veterans Memorial Park next to City Hall

You will experience a lively evening of great traditional gospel music, songs and hymns in a sing-a-long format with some special musical numbers by the band and their guests.
Hark Up's "Down Home Horns" will be featured at the 2010 National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Kentucky in September. There is even a rumor they may be opening for Sarah Palin on Thursday night! The DDH have also performed a number of times with Bill Gaither.

Bring an appetite because there will be hot dogs, brats, chips, pop, water, and coffee available for a nominal cost.

Bring lawn chairs, blankets and your wonderful voice.
Be sure to sit down front to get the best seats and best experience of the night.
Who knows? You may be asked to participate in a Gospel Music trivia game, for prizes!
